治安が気になる・・・

彼が上海でアジア系のマフィアみたいのに襲われました。彼も元ヤンでいわせた人だったのですが、囲まれて太刀打ちできませんでした。体に傷を負いました。有り金も奪われました。
髪の毛も結構染めているから、目立つかもしれません。
治安はどうでしょうか?
私は日本にいて、上海はいったことがないので治安の面はわかりません。
どうしたら狙われずに済みますか?
教えて下さい。
